Returns and Delivery



Duray offers free returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

 

  • Clearance items (20% discount or more) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded — no exceptions.

  • We do not offer exchanges. You may choose to receive your refund as a gift card and then place a new order after submitting your return request.

  • Return window: 30 days

  • Items must be in new condition — meaning undamaged, clean, free of odors and pet hair, and with original tags and packaging intact.

Additional return fees may apply if the returned item is no longer in new condition. If an item is non-refundable or unsuitable for resale (e.g., worn or washed), we reserve the right to refuse the return. The item will then be shipped back to you, and return shipping charges will apply.

Do not affix the prepaid return label directly to the product packaging. Products must be placed inside suitable shipping packaging before mailing. A $5 fee will be charged for product packaging damaged by a prepaid label.

 

Returns Only — No Exchanges

To facilitate merchandise returns, we do not process exchanges, only returns. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order. Your refund will be issued after we receive your returned items at our facility.

 

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 48 business hours after the package is received at our warehouse and will appear on your account within 4 to 5 business days thereafter.

 

Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to review the Return Policy and the timelines outlined above. Proper and secure packaging of the item for return shipment is also the customer’s responsibility.
