Products and Inventory

We do our best to keep our inventory up to date. However, all sales are subject to stock availability.

We do our best to accurately represent our product colours. However, screens may vary.

The product description always takes precedence over the displayed photos.

Many of our styles use natural fibres such as merino wool, Canadian wool, mohair and alpaca. Each product page specifies the materials used as well as the product’s properties.

  • Sheep wool: A versatile fibre offering a good balance of warmth, breathability, and durability.
  • Merino wool: A very fine and soft fibre known for its breathability, comfort, and temperature regulation.
  • Mohair (goat): A very warm, lightweight, and extremely durable fibre that dries quickly.
  • Alpaca wool: An ultra-soft and very warm fibre offering great comfort with minimal weight.
  • Canadian sheep wool: A more rustic and robust local fibre providing excellent natural warmth.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with the original tags and packaging.

Clearance items or items discounted by 20% or more are considered final sale. No refund or exchange can be made, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

For more information on how to return items, please email service@duray.com.

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like another style or another size, we can issue an eligible refund or offer a gift card to make placing a new order easier.

Return shipping fees are normally the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part, a defective product or a manufacturing issue.

If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Our team will review the situation quickly.

Sock Care

To extend the life of your socks: wash in cold or warm water, avoid bleach and tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Specific instructions are listed on each product.

Socks made with very high percentages of natural wool and no synthetic fibres may be less resistant to abrasion.

100% wool styles offer exceptional comfort and warmth, but may wear out more quickly than a blend with nylon or other reinforced fibres.
