Refund policy
At Duray, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer free returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be :
- unused ;
- unwashed ;
- unmodified ;
- clean and odor-free ;
- free of pet hair ;
- returned with their original tags and packaging.
· Items must be returned in new condition to qualify for a refund.
Clearance Items
Items marked down by 20% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges
To simplify our return process, we do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or style, simply :
- submit a return request ;
- receive your refund ;
- place a new order.
Manufacturing Defects
Items with manufacturing defects are always covered under our guarantee and eligible for a refund.
Return Packaging
Please do not place the prepaid return label directly on the product packaging. Items must first be packed inside a suitable shipping package before being returned.
An additional $5 fee may apply if the original product packaging is damaged by the shipping label.
Non-Eligible Items
If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for resale (for example: worn, washed, or damaged), we reserve the right to refuse the refund. The item may then be shipped back to you at your expense.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are generally processed within 48 business hours after the package is received at our warehouse. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may appear on your account within an additional 4 to 5 business days.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and comply with this return policy and the applicable return deadlines. Customers are also responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged safely and appropriately for shipping.
