Where we ship

We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping rates

Flat-rate shipping fees apply based on the delivery province or territory:

Province / Territory Shipping Fee (CAD)

  • Quebec $8.00
  • Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island $12.00
  • Alberta, British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Saskatchewan $15.00
  • Northwest Territories, Nunavut $20.00
  • Yukon $40.00

Processing time

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

  • Delivery times vary by region and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Central Canada (QC, ON): 2–3 business days
  • Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 3–5 business days
  • Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, NL, PEI): 3–5 business days
  • Northern Territories (NT, NU, YT): 5–10 business days

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

Delays

Duray cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, or special events), processing times may be longer than usual.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at service@duray.com within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
